Free Internet with dedicated fiber optic connections and speeds up to 1GBS, included with every lease.

 

24/7 Access

The Holland is open from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm during the business week; tenants have keypad access to the building at any time.

 

Utilities

All utilities are included. That’s right; your air conditioning, trash, and Internet (among others).

 

In-Building Manager

Whether you’re not in for a package delivery, or need a great lunch suggestion, in-building management is here to help.

 

Conference Rooms

No need to rent the extra space, we have tenant conference rooms with WiFi and monitors ready to reserve.

 

Mail

Mail and packages are delivered directly to all offices. If you need to send a letter, use our original mail shoot and box, still picked up six days a week.

 

Parking

Dedicated tenant parking is available by request in our private lot or at a nearby parking garage. Plenty of on- and off-street options are nearby for guests.

 

Dog Friendly

Have an awesome dog? We’d love to meet them. Feel free to bring your fur baby to work with you, the occasional break is easy with Park Central Square just steps away.
